{"id":5458,"date":"2025-08-12T04:17:59","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T04:17:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcorp.gov.my\/?p=5458"},"modified":"2025-08-12T04:19:36","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T04:19:36","slug":"mcorp-signs-three-agreements-strategy-to-boost-gtp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcorp.gov.my\/ms\/mcorp-signs-three-agreements-strategy-to-boost-gtp\/","title":{"rendered":"MCORP SIGNS THREE AGREEMENTS, STRATEGY TO BOOST GTP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AYER KEROH, 15 October<\/strong> \u2013 Melaka Corporation (MCORP) has signed three agreements regarded as a key strategy to accelerate the development of the German Technology Park (GTP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreements involve a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Cypark Resource Berhad (Cypark) and two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions \u2013 the German Malaysia Institute (GMI) \u2013 as well as automotive industry player Volkswagen Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MCORP Chief Executive Officer Datuk Mohd Yusof Abu Bakar said the three agreements aim to provide training and skilled manpower in green technology in line with the operational needs of the GTP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe MoUs with GMI and Volkswagen are intended to provide training and produce a skilled workforce to meet the demands of GTP, which will commence operations soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMeanwhile, the main agreement between MCORP and Cypark is for the provision of solar green energy services.
